Miniatures is a collection of flash fiction by Susan Midalia and published by Night Parrot Press. The stories are witty commentaries on modern life, relationships and politics. For the cover, I was inspired by microcosms and vintage toys (in this case match box cars), combining the two to create a scene of nostalgia and a visual representation of the creative process.
